Registration on the funpkr Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to satisfy any one criterion renders a User ineligible, and any Account opened in breach of these requirements may be closed at funpkr's sole discretion, with funds subject to review.
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. funpkr strictly enforces its age verification policy. Any User found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not register or use the Platform if gambling of any form is prohibited by the laws of the country, province or territory in which you are located or resident. funpkr reserves the right to restrict or block access from jurisdictions where applicable law prohibits such activity.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Accounts must be used solely by the registered Account holder for personal recreational purposes. Acting on behalf of third parties, operating syndicate accounts or using automated software (bots) to interact with the Platform is expressly prohibited.
To access the full range of Services, Users must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. funpkr reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
You will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, a valid email address, a contact number and a chosen password. All fields must be completed accurately and truthfully.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. funpkr will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security. You must notify funpkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised activity on your Account.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. funpkr reserves the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, verified age misrepresentation, or regulatory requirement.
funpkr operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All Users must complete identity verification before making withdrawals and may be required to complete verification before depositing.
funpkr may require the following documents, among others: a valid government-issued photo identity document (national ID card, passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.
funpkr will use reasonable endeavours to process KYC submissions promptly. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the volume of submissions and the completeness of documentation provided. Users are advised to complete verification as early as possible and not to delay submission until a withdrawal is requested.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction or suspension of Account functions, including the freezing of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.
funpkr accepts deposits via payment methods made available through the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, applicable fees and processing timelines are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change without advance notice.
Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as a deposit currency, amounts will be displayed in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts are defined in the live cashier. Users are responsible for checking the current cashier display before initiating a transaction.
Payment methods displayed in the funpkr cashier are provided for transactional reference only. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are for contextual familiarity only and do not imply that these providers endorse gambling transactions, are affiliated with funpkr, or have verified that such transactions comply with their own terms of service. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment method permits gambling-related transactions.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. funpkr reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts and to suspend the associated User Account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with the withdrawal policy current at the time of the request. funpkr does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.
funpkr reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: the User has not completed satisfactory KYC; there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or Terms violation; the withdrawal request originates from a dormant account under applicable dormancy policy; or applicable regulatory requirements mandate a hold.
funpkr may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins or other incentives to registered Users at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms and take precedence in the event of conflict on bonus-specific matters.
funpkr actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; exploitation of system errors or technical faults. Where bonus abuse is identified, funpkr reserves the right to forfeit the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the Account concerned.
All bets placed on the funpkr platform are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. funpkr applies standard industry rules for cricket, football, live casino and other product categories.
funpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where: odds have been published in error; the bet relates to an event where the outcome is already known; a system malfunction has affected odds or market availability.
Markets offered on funpkr may be fixed-odds or pari-mutuel depending on the product and operator. The applicable odds format is displayed at the time of bet placement. Winnings are calculated at the odds accepted at the time the bet was confirmed, subject to any void or settlement adjustments described in the applicable product rules.
In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the result as officially declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, ICC for international events) shall be binding. funpkr does not imply any affiliation with PCB, ICC, PSL or any other sporting authority by referencing these bodies.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the funpkr platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from funpkr.
The funpkr name, logo and associated marks are the intellectual property of funpkr. Nothing on this platform should be construed as granting any licence to use funpkr's intellectual property without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, funpkr and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which funpkr holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
funpkr explicitly does not claim to be licensed, regulated or approved by any authority of the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial government body. funpkr does not represent that its services are legal in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction. Users who are located in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits gambling access services entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.
funpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, funpkr will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users through a platform notification or email to the address registered on their Account.
Your continued use of the platform following publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure through the support channel.
The version of these Terms displayed on this page at any given time is the current, operative version. Previous versions may be requested from the support team but are superseded by the current document.
